All members of MMCCC are expected to follow these rules as part of their membership. Failure to do so may result in asking you to leave a rally or revoke your membership.
Members of the club volunteer to run our rallies, from confirming booking details, setting up, providing entertainment and refreshments, selling raffle tickets, and much more.
Each rally will have details of the Rally Officers, who will be your prior contact for that event.
Units and visitors
A members unit is made up with a max of 2 adults, and dependants until their 18th birthday, after which (or any other adult visitor), staying overnight must have their own non-unit membership.
All members are required to book 14 days’ prior to a rally either via their online account or posting a rally slip to the Rally Officers as indicated on the MMCCC website or rally book.
With the exception to bank holidays, rallies run from Friday – Sunday. No arrivals before 5pm or after 9pm unless prior agreement has been made with the Rally Officers. Payment to be made in cash on the rally field, sorry no BACS payments accepted.
Run from Saturday – Saturday and carry a £20 deposit, per week (non-refundable), and must be paid at the time of booking online or with the rally slip. The balance must be paid in full by the date stated on the rally event page or within the rally book.
Should you change your mind about attending an MMCCC, you must contact the Rally Officers at least 1 day prior to the commence date of the rally.
We’re aware that not everything goes to plan on the day of your travels, therefore, if you are unexpectedly unable to attend, please try to reach out to the Rally Officers by 5pm on the commence date of the rally.
To cover MMCCC cost e.g paperwork, refreshments etc, a £2 admin fee is mandatory for all rallies, and needs to be paid with your rally fee.
BACS payments are only accepted for holiday rallies and membership payments:

We hold a raffle at every rally, and other activities at social events. To particpate this will be an additional cost from the rally fees that are listed within the rally book and website. So don't forget to bring extra change to join in the fun!
We provide a postcode for each rally for the use of Sat Nav, however please refer to the instructions with the rally write up as you get closer to the destination, as some details aren’t available via Sat Nav.
MMCCC rally signs will be positioned near site wherever possible, please Watch For Rally Signs (WFRS).
If you are unsure of the route or in trouble please ring the Rally Officers, we would hate for you to get lost.
Members are welcome to use generators between the hours of 10am – 10pm. Generators should not be left unattended, and used respectfully of fellow members.
Please be considerate of others and not keep generators running all day.
Due to health and safety regulations we have been advised to inform you that none of the Rally Officers have a food hygiene certificate, and therefore you eat at your own risk.

We love to have junior members of MMCCC at our rallies, however please note that it is the responsibility of the parents to supervise their children at all times. Any accidental damage caused by children must be paid by their parents. No ball games or flying objects near any units on the rally field.
We welcome our travel companions at our rallies. Owners are responsible for their dogs and must be in control at all times. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, and you must clean up after them.
Dogs are not permitted at any social event.
Please adhere to the strict 5mph speed limit on the rally field.
It is hoped to maintain the rally programme as printed. Any changes will be announced on rallies, and where possible on the MMCCC website, and the members Facebook group, and every effort made to contact individuals.
