Club Rules
All members of MMCCC are expected to follow these rules as part of their membership. Failure to do so may result in asking you to leave a rally or revoke your membership.
Rally Officers
Members of the club volunteer to run our rallies, from confirming booking details, setting up, providing entertainment and refreshments, selling raffle tickets, and much more.

Each rally will have details of the Rally Officers, who will be your prior contact for that event.

Units and visitors
A members unit is made up with a max of 2 adults, and dependants until their 18th birthday, after which (or any other adult visitor), staying overnight must have their own non-unit membership.

Booking
All members are required to book 14 days’ prior to a rally either via their online account or posting a rally slip to the Rally Officers as indicated on the MMCCC website or rally book.
Weekend Rallies
With the exception to bank holidays, rallies run from Friday – Sunday. No arrivals before 5pm or after 9pm unless prior agreement has been made with the Rally Officers. Payment to be made in cash on the rally field.

Holiday Rallies
Run from Saturday – Saturday and carry a £20 deposit, per week (non-refundable), and must be paid at the time of booking online or with the rally slip. The balance must be paid in full by the date stated on the rally event page or within the rally book, after which the full amount is no longer refundable.

To cover MMCCC cost e.g paperwork, refreshments etc, a £3 admin fee is mandatory for all rallies, and needs to be paid with your rally fee.

MMCCC rally signs will be positioned near site wherever possible, please Watch For Rally Signs (WFRS).

If you are unsure of the route or in trouble please ring the Rally Officers, we would hate for you to get lost.
