With such a fantastic turn out previously, this site has become one of the club’s favourites, so come along and have a great time and enjoy a lovely clean site on a beautiful flat field. A short drive to the Park & Ride where you can catch a bus to Oxford City Centre which offers plenty of shops and historical sites to visit, such as the Oxford Castle & Prison and Carfax Tower. You can even get a guided tour on one of the City Sightseeing Oxford buses. For those that want something more relaxing, how about a bit of punting at Magdalen Bridge Boathouse, visit the Brill Windmill or grab a bite to eat in the tea shop at Waterperry Gardens.
Route: From Wheatley, follow signs for Brookes University and then Waterperry, follow the road for approx. ½ mile, the site is on the left. WFRS. The entrance gate is set back in the hedge, so be sure to keep a look out.
